Since September 2020, BPC Group has been building the new courthouse in Namur. This new courthouse will have a net built-up area of 34,600 m² and will be built on the site of the former Leopold Barracks. The main hall will be covered by a huge glass roof. The courts of justice will be located on either side of this hall. The palace will have 14 courtrooms and 79 parking spaces for the staff.
The project, which we are carrying out for AG Real Estate in joint venture with CIT Blaton, is worth €90 million and is to be built and fitted out in 36 calendar months.
