Description
The AXS project is a vast real estate project in the Walloon capital bringing together :

- a student residence of 222 kots
- 5 office buildings
- a 388-space underground car park
Designed with an environmental ambition, several facilities will be provided such as
- numerous bicycle parking spaces and electric charging stations
- green spaces conducive to the development of biodiversity
- extensive insulation and high-performance technical equipment
- photovoltaic solar panels.
The offices will achieve the Q-ZEN standard with an Ew ≤ 45, in compliance with the EPB regulation in force from 1 January 2021 for private offices. In addition, the offices will be BREEAM certified.
